Dor Messica is an experienced basketball referee at the Israel Basketball Association since October 2019. Prior to this role, Dor served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Sergeant and Combat Commander within the Nahal Brigade's Shaham Battalion from March 2016 to September 2018, where responsibilities included leading a commanding course and training novice and combat soldiers. Dor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed in 2023, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Big Data Analytics, expected to finish in 2024.
