Alvin Allgood II is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational management across various sectors. Since May 2022, Alvin has served as Vice President at Emler Swim School. Prior to this role, Alvin was Chief Executive Officer at iSwim Inc. from January 2019 to May 2022, driving growth in the learn-to-swim industry. As Chief Operating Officer at Vital Voices Global Partnership from April 2010 to January 2019, Alvin played a key role in empowering women leaders globally. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President at EdisonLearning, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, and Regional Director at Children's Comprehensive Services, Inc. Alvin began a career in the United States Army as a Communications Specialist. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University.
