Alon Shamir is an experienced Antenna Development Engineer at MARS Antennas and RF Systems since December 2022. Previously, Alon served as a Basketball Referee for the Israel Basketball Association from August 2018 to June 2023 and worked as a Network Technician in the Israeli Air Force from July 2012 to July 2015, providing operational support and collaborating with civilian companies. Alon holds a Bachelor’s degree in RF and DSP, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from the Holon Institute of Technology, completed in 2022.
