Shlomi Ben Sasson is a Senior R&D Engineer at Israel Aerospace Industries since March 2020, focusing on the design of aerospace combat systems using 3D printing technologies, as well as gas flow and fuel systems. Prior to this role, Shlomi served as an R&D Laboratory Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services from October 2012 to August 2019, where responsibilities included consolidating multiple laboratories, overseeing technical teams, and managing comprehensive testing methodologies for medical devices. Shlomi also held the position of R&D Project Manager, leading the design and patenting of a disposable medical device, and previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at PowerSines Ltd. and as a Practical Mechanical Engineer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Shlomi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
