Sergi Marti Cosconera's work experience begins in 2010 as an intern at GRUPO ALIMENTARIO ARGAL, S.A. In 2011, they worked as an intern at ROS ROCA INDOX CRYOENERGY. In 2013, they became a Sales and Technical Manager at Energi Pellet Garulo, and later that year, they joined Anecto Power Electronics as a Sales Engineer. At Anecto Power Electronics, they were responsible for business development, marketing, and sales of power electronics in the renewable energy sector. Sergi also managed projects and developed customer and partner relationships. In 2018, Sergi Marti Cosconera founded ISPROX CONSULTING "WORK SOLUTIONS," where they served as the COO and Founder, specializing in personnel search and selection.

Sergi Marti Cosconera attended the University of Lleida from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Sergi then proceeded to pursue a Master of Industrial Engineering at the same university from 2011 to 2013. During their educational journey, Sergi also obtained various certifications including FCE Cambridge from Cambridge University Press in June 2015, Project Management Essentials from Velopi in May 2014, and a Course of Energy Audits and Certifications from IDAE in June 2013. Additionally, they have certifications in First Aid and Work at Height & Rescue Training from Global Wind Organisation, although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
