Scott joined the iSphere team in August of 2012 as Director of Operations. Scott is constantly working in the background to improve processes, set goals, and generally ensure that nothing falls through the cracks on the operations side of the business (facilitating work visas, scheduling meetings, spearheading training manuals, etc).
