Ramesh Nandyala has over 25 years of work experience. Ramesh began their career in 1997 as an Executive Manager at Sanmar Group. In 2004, they moved to Sutherland Global Services as a Manager. Ramesh then joined Deloitte India (Offices of the US) in 2005 as Vice President - Talent. In 2017, they were appointed as Head - Human Resources at Thryve Digital Health LLP. In 2019, they moved to ACS Solutions as Head Human Resources. Currently, they are working as Vice President, Head Human Resources at iSpace, Inc.

Ramesh Nandyala received a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from D.G. Vaishnav between 1992 and 1994. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelors in Economics from Loyola College in Chennai between 1989 and 1992.
