Daisy Podmeyer has extensive experience in STEM education, currently serving as a STEM Resource at St. Ann Catholic School since September 2015, focusing on program development for grades K-8. Additionally, Daisy has been an Ad Hoc Instructor for iSPACE: The STEM Learning Place since January 2014, providing STEM education for K-12 students. Previous roles include Outreach co-chair and member of SWE from 2014 to 2017, as well as a Middle School Science Teacher at Annunciation Catholic School where STEM programs and local college partnerships were developed from 2007 to July 2013. Earlier career positions include Assistant Principal and Technical Service Engineer at DuPont from 1981 to 1994. Daisy holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College.
