Marcos Pérez Rus has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Marcos started their career in 2014 as an intern at Schott Solar S.L.U. In 2015, they worked as an intern at INC Consultoría, Ingeniería y Coordinación inmobiliaria S.L., where they gained experience in budgeting using management programs like Presto and Excel, as well as taking measurements and drawing plans using Autocad.

In 2020, Marcos joined Airbus Defence and Space as a Performance & Improvement Intern at FAL A400M, where they implemented the "Lean Manufacturing" philosophy and assisted various departments in improving production processes.

Marcos then moved on to Agroener in 2021, where they worked as a Project Engineer. Marcos'sresponsibilities included conducting technical studies for self-consumption installations and using PVSyst to generate detailed photovoltaic generation reports.

Currently, Marcos is employed at Isotrol as a Project Engineer, starting in October 2022.

Marcos Pérez Rus has a diverse education history. From 2021 to 2022, they attended Escuela de Organización Industrial and obtained a Master's degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Market, specializing in renewable energy. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, Marcos pursued their Bachelor's degree at the University of Seville, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, and Mechatronics.

In 2020, Marcos enrolled at the University of Alcalá for further training in decision-making and innovation, focusing on social and business skills. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, they studied Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin, specializing in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Going further back, from 2003 to 2015, Marcos completed their primary, secondary, and high school education at Colegio Alemán Alberto Durero Sevilla.

In addition to their formal education, Marcos Pérez Rus has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention certification from SAFCOM PREVENCIÓN S.L. In 2022, they also completed the Introducción a la fotovoltaica 360º certification from TheMPVSolarReference, and in 2021, they obtained the Minicurso PVSyst certification, also from TheMPVSolarReference. Prior to that, in 2020, Marcos obtained the Introduction to Aerospace Engineering: Astronautics and Human Spaceflight certification from MITx on edX. In 2020, they also received the RPAS Pilot Certificate from Aerocamaras Especialistas en Drones.
