Mike Hatfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mike began their career at Inco Alloys in 1991 as a Process Metallurgy Co-op. Mike then worked at Harris Corporation as a Materials Engineer from 1995 to 1998. In 2000, they joined Dell Computer Corp as a Project Manager & Demand/Supply Manager until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Mike worked at Sara Lee Food and Beverage as a Demand Manager. Mike then became the Managing Partner at R&M Professional Properties from 2006 to 2009. Mike's next role was at Procter & Gamble, where they held various positions including Logistics Systems Manager, Site Integrated Planning Operations Leader, and Demand Planning Operations Leader from 2009 to 2014. Since 2014, Mike has been working at Totes Isotoner, initially as Director of Demand Planning and currently as the Senior Director of Integrated Planning & Customer Service.
Mike Hatfield earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following their undergraduate education, they pursued further studies at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1998 to 2000, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
