Mark Rabanal has a diverse work experience in various roles related to IT support and administration. Mark started their career as a Technical Specialist at NationalLink Incorporated in 2011 and then worked as a Jr. System Administrator and IT Support Intern at Precision Castparts in 2012. Mark joined Cerner Corporation in 2013 as a Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting different technologies and software. In 2014, they moved to eHealth Inc as a Technical Support Engineer. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Platform Ops Engineer at CARDFREE. Mark then transitioned to JIRA administration roles at GreyHill Consulting, Addteq, and Upwork.com. Currently, they are working as Pacific Team Lead and Atlassian Administrator at Isos Technology.
Mark Rabanal graduated from DeVry University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Mark has also obtained multiple certifications from Atlassian, including Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Data Center in January 2024, Atlassian Jira Service Project Manager ACP - MJSP in April 2022, Atlassian Certified Professional in Jira Service Desk ACP-JSD in February 2020, and Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator AC-JPA in February 2019.
