Kayleigh Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kayleigh currently works as a Senior Operations Lead at Isomorphic Labs since October 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role as a Secondment from DeepMind from March 2023 to November 2023. Previously, they worked at DeepMind as a DeepMind Strategy Partner starting in January 2020. Before that, they served as a Culture & Operations Manager at Google DeepMind from February 2014 to January 2020. Additionally, they held the position of Office Manager at DeepMind Technologies from February 2012 to February 2014. Prior to their work in the tech industry, they worked as an Admissions Manager/Registrar at Montessori Centre International, London from September 2008 to January 2012. Their early career includes a role as a Careers Assistant at the University of Essex in 2007.

Kayleigh Burgess completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Essex between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Sweyne Park from 1997 to 2002.
