Jennifer Yin is a Carbon Removal Scientist at Isometric since October 2023. Previously, Jennifer served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Stanford University from January 2019 to December 2023, teaching graduate-level courses in hydrodynamics and transport. Past internships include roles at Jupiter Intelligence, where Jennifer contributed to the global fluvial flood risk model, and GE Power & Water, focusing on membrane aerated biofilm reactor technology. Jennifer has also interned at IBM in risk analytics and worked in various capacities, including teaching assistantships and research roles in bioenergy and engineering design. Jennifer holds a PhD in Environmental Fluid Mechanics from Stanford University and has degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and Queen's University, respectively.
