Erin Turner, CCSE, has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Erin started their career in 1995 as a CSR at Interpay before moving on to become the Director of New Client Setup, where they implemented and managed the department responsible for payroll laws and reporting structures. Erin then worked as a Controller at Hard Pine Inc from 2001 to 2003.

In 2004, Erin joined PayChoice as a Software Support Representative and later took on the role of Manager of the Conversion Department at the Eastern Hub. During their time at PayChoice, they also worked as a Business Analyst and held various support roles until 2014.

From 2014 to 2019, Erin worked at Sage as a Senior Customer Support Analyst. Currently, they are employed at isolved HCM, where they have held positions such as Licensee Customer Support Analyst, Tier 2 Support Specialist, and is currently serving as the Benefits ACA Analyst Team Lead since June 2021.

Erin Turner, CCSE has a varied education history. In 1979-1981, they attended Knapp Business College and studied Accounting/Business Management. In 2001, they pursued a degree in CCSE from Roger Williams University at the Center for Professional Development. Additionally, in 2002-2003, they took Accounting courses at Bristol Community College.
