Blade Cruickshank has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Executive Management Trainee at NAPA in 2013. Blade then moved on to Graves Golf in 2014, where they served as the Co-Founder and General Manager of Graves Golf China, establishing the company's first international academy. Blade also served as the National Director in Australia and Operations Manager, overseeing product and content marketing strategy, instructor scheduling, and global business development. In 2021, Blade joined Noname Security as a Business Development Representative and later became a Business Development Manager. Currently, Blade is the Director of Business Development at isolved, where they lead the marketing organization and formulates product marketing and solutions strategies.

Blade Cruickshank attended Guilford College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business. Prior to attending college, they attended Shelby High School from 2008 to 2009 and Georgiana Bruce Kirby Prep School from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Cruickshank has obtained various certifications, including "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" and "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Sales Coaching" and "Transitioning to Management for Salespeople" from LinkedIn in 2022, "GGA Master Instructor" from Graves Golf in 2017, and "Certified Single Plane Instructor" from Graves Golf in 2014.
