Monika Graf has a diverse work experience. Monika started as an intern at ABB in 2012, before moving on to cablex AG in 2015 as a Trainee Projects. Monika then worked as a Product and Innovation Manager at cablex AG from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they took a sabbatical and traveled to the USA. After returning, Monika joined Speedgoat in 2018 as a Technical Project Manager. Monika was later promoted to Head of I/O Technologies, a position they held until 2023. Starting in 2023, Monika will be working at isolutions AG as a Project Manager / Squad Lead Low Code.

Monika Graf is currently pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) degree in Management Technology and Economics at ETH Zürich. Monika previously completed a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in the same field at ETH Zürich. Monika also holds additional certifications as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org and as a GoldBox Intrapreneur from GETKICKBOX.
