Walt Niziolek is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Isola Group and as a Partner at Shortline Partners. Walt also holds the role of Operations Lead at Shortline Partners. With a background in manufacturing and engineering, Walt has held various leadership positions in companies such as CPG Building Products, Pride Mobility Products, and Haulmark Industries. Their career spans over several decades, including a tenure in the US Army as a Captain. Walt holds an MBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Michigan and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
