Ashlee Weldon currently serves as HR Admin Manager at Isola Group since November 2021, building on experience as an HRIS Analyst at Freedom Financial Network from March 2020 to November 2021 and at Rogers Corporation from April 2017 to March 2020. In these HRIS roles, Ashlee was responsible for the administration and support of various Oracle Cloud HCM modules, conducting system audits, reporting, training, and testing. Prior to this, Ashlee worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Desert Mountain Chiropractic from January 2013 to April 2017. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Health Care Management from Ottawa University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
