Michel Picard CIPP/E CIPT is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance, currently serving as a Compliance and Quality Officer and Senior Engineer at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since August 2004. Additionally, Michel Picard contributes to international standards as a member of Working Group 10 (WG10) for ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC7 and Working Group 2 (WG2) for ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC40. Prior experience includes a traineeship at the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor, focusing on the modeling of ITIL processes. Michel Picard holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université de Namur (2001-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with an IT focus from the same institution (1998-2001).
