Sullivan Siebken has a diverse work experience. Sullivan started their career as a Sales Associate at vineyard vines, where they gained experience in retail sales and inventory management. Sullivan then worked as a High School Summer League Baseball Coach, coaching incoming freshman baseball players and coordinating tournaments.
Sullivan also worked as a Delivery Driver for Favor Delivery and Instacart, delivering groceries and food to customers using smartphone applications. Sullivan later joined Good Wood Design and Landscaping as a Good Wood Design Associate, where they were involved in on-site manual construction and design of custom woodwork and decks. Sullivan found interest in consulting and contracting during this role.
After that, Sullivan joined Lifestylez Productions as a Trip Coordinator, organizing ski trips for over 300 people. Sullivan then worked as a Marketing Representative for Blacksheep, handling marketing and advertising for local apartment complexes.

Sullivan later became an Office Engineer, where they implemented and managed plant ticketing solutions at multiple plant locations and helped maintain DOT compliance of the company's internal fleet. Sullivan was then promoted to Senior Associate Business Analyst, working as a liaison between company leadership and software developers and consultants to convey integration needs, application developments, and business cases.
Currently, Sullivan is working as a Business Analyst at ISN, where they are using their skills and knowledge in the field.
Sullivan Siebken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas between 2016 and 2020. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including "Being an Effective Team Member," "Developing a Learning Mindset," "Project Management Foundations: Ethics," "Scrum: The Basics," and "Trello Essential Training" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
