Sharde Woods, RDH, CPHRM, has extensive experience in risk management and patient safety within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management Operations at ISMIE Mutual Insurance Company since April 2017, Sharde has advanced through positions including Assistant Director and Risk Management Specialist. Previously, as the Patient Safety and Risk Manager at OMS National Insurance Company/Fortress Insurance Company, Sharde developed a data-driven Anesthesia Morbidity and Mortality initiative. Additionally, Sharde has held roles such as National Lead Trainer at Contemporary Product Solutions, Program Manager at Onsite Dental, Extended Sales Representative at Solutionreach, Inc., and Registered Dental Hygienist at Northwestern Dental Center. Sharde holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Dental Hygiene from Prairie State College.
