Donna Brower, M.S. Ed., SDBL, currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, Administrative Services, and Operations at Islip Public School District since July 2021, while also holding the role of Interim Assistant Superintendent for Business. Previously, Donna was the Business and Operations Administrator at Mattituck-Cutchogue Union Free School District from September 2020 to June 2021. Donna's career includes significant experience in leadership roles within educational and non-profit organizations, such as Director of Development at Hofstra University and Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Donna holds a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies from Hofstra University, a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension, and another Master of Science in Education, SDBL from Long Island University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution.
