Heather Kerr is a consultant at Isle Utilities since December 2021, specializing in technology consultancy. Previously, Heather played professional rugby for Wasps FC from September 2020 to June 2022 and was a professional rugby player for England Rugby during the lead-up to the 2017 World Cup. Heather's academic career includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Durham University from March 2019 to March 2022, focusing on the CACTUS project, which investigates flood barrier systems in urban environments. Heather's background in research includes a role as a Research Assistant at EPSRC from September 2017 to February 2018, where experience included designing and monitoring a large-scale field site.
