Caitlin Rogers is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental consulting and water management, currently serving as a Principal Innovation Consultant at Isle Utilities since May 2016, where previous roles included Senior Technology Consultant and Technology Consultant. In addition to this position, Caitlin serves as an Independent Member of the Southern Regional Flood and Coastal Committee with the Environment Agency since July 2023. Prior experience includes International Programme Manager at Business in the Community and various roles at Thames Water, including Commercial Services Manager and Graduate Process Manager (Water Production). Caitlin holds an MSc in Oceanography, Biogeochemistry from the University of Southampton and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Geology, Environmental Geochemistry from the University of Leeds, along with research expertise in Environmental Sustainability and Mineral Processing from Imperial College London.
