Roger Brown has extensive experience in the field of ICT and digital services, having worked at Isle of Wight Council since September 1998 in various roles, including Strategic Manager for ICT and Digital Services, ICT Operations Manager, and Network Manager. Prior to this, Roger served as Network Manager at Leicester South Fields College from September 1994 to September 1998. Academically, Roger holds an MBA in Business from The Open University and a BSc Hons in Computer Science from De Montfort University.
