Caroline Lobo has worked in the IT and communications industry since 2006. In 2006, they began as Sales and Marketing Director at Sprigs. In 2007, they became Sales Director at Opticom Solutions. From 2010 to 2018, they were Senior Global Account Executive at Claro Enterprise Solutions, providing ITIL consultative services for multinational companies. From 2018 to 2022, they were Senior Named Account Manager at Proofpoint Inc., a security-as-a-service provider. Currently, they are Strategic Sales Island at Island.

Caroline Lobo attended Baruch College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management with a field of study in Marketing and Advertising and a minor in Political Science.
