Carey L. has a long history of professional experience, beginning in 2004 with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Strategic Sales Specialist - Market Developer. In 2007, they moved to Leopardo Companies, taking on the roles of Director of Business Development and Director of Government & Education - Business Development. In 2011, Carey joined the Board of the Geneva Academic Foundation. From 2012 to 2016, they worked for McAfee as an Enterprise Account Executive - North Central and Account Manager, Government & Education. In 2016, Carey moved to Blue Coat Systems, acquired by Symantec, as a Strategic Account Manager - North Central. Carey then joined Broadcom Inc. in 2019 as Regional Director - North Central. In 2020, they were hired as Regional Vice President of Sales at Cybereason. Most recently, in 2021, Carey became the Vice President Sales - West at Island, with the mission to rethink the design of cyber security.
