Ross Harrison serves as the Regional Vice President at Island Hospitality Management since June 2019, following a role as General Manager within the same company from January to May 2019, and previously from October 2016 to January 2019. During this tenure, Ross has been responsible for the overall success of multiple hotels, focusing on meeting revenue and profit objectives while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to product quality standards. Before joining Island Hospitality Management, Ross held the position of General Manager at White Lodging Services from July 2013 to October 2016, where responsibilities included maximizing sales, enhancing guest and associate satisfaction, and ensuring profitability aligned with owner expectations. Ross is an alumnus of St. John's University.
