Sue Bragg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sue started their career as an Employee Benefits Administrator at Layton Blackham IFA in 2005, and then took a career break in 2006. Sue continued their career at Bluefin Corporate Consulting, where they worked as an Employee Benefits Administrator from 2009 to 2011. Bluefin was later acquired by Capita, and Sue continued their role as an Employee Benefits Administrator for Capita's own online flex scheme, while also handling monthly processing for pension auto-enrolment from 2012 to 2014. Sue then transitioned to a Senior Implementation Analyst role at Capita, where they configured online flex platforms, reviewed junior colleagues' work, documented processes, and tested new versions of the benefits platform. Sue also worked as a Pension Implementation Consultant, gathering requirements and working with analysts and developers for correct implementation. In 2019, they joined KPMG UK as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on manual software testing, management of client UAT for launches/renewals, and configuration of the EMX platform. Sue briefly worked as a Solutions Lead at Smart Pension from 2022 to 2023 before joining Isio as a Benefits Analyst in 2023.
Sue Bragg attended Havering Sixth Form College from 1992 to 1994 where they earned their A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Education. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Loughborough University from 1995 to 1999.
