Evgeni Mitrov is an experienced professional in the field of customer support and API integrations, currently serving as a Senior API Support Agent at ISI Markets since November 2021, after previously holding the position of Customer Success Agent. Prior to this role, Evgeni worked at CEIC Data from May 2015 to November 2021 as a Helpdesk Customer Support Expert and Research Analyst. Evgeni's career began at the Economic and Social Council of Bulgaria, where responsibilities included serving as an Economic Expert from September 2011 to May 2015.
