Karen Drews has extensive experience in surveillance and loss prevention, currently serving as the Surveillance Department Manager at ISG since August 2006. Previous roles at ISG include Case Manager and Investigator. Prior to joining ISG, Karen Drews worked as a Loss Prevention Investigator at The Home Depot from September 2003 to August 2006. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University, earned between 1999 and 2003, and is a graduate of Triton Regional High School, completing studies from 1996 to 1999.
