Sandeep Swain is an experienced professional in risk management and fraud analysis, currently leading the Risk Management and Merchant Onboarding Vertical at iServeU since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sandeep worked at Razorpay, starting as a Junior Analyst in Risk Management and advancing to Analyst, where responsibilities included investigating complaints from Cyber cells and banks, as well as managing transaction discrepancies and chargebacks. Sandeep holds a Master of Technology in Thermal Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technical Education and Research, with a strong foundation in advanced technical skills including Ansys and Python.
