Lucie Parker has a diverse range of work experience in the field of gender equality and conflict analysis. Lucie has worked as a Head of UK Operations, Senior Project Operations Manager, and Programme Operations Manager at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD). At the International Crisis Group, they worked as an Analyst, focusing on the interplay between gender and conflict. Lucie also served as a Senior Policy and Research Officer at The Fawcett Society, where they managed research projects and developed evidence-based policy responses in areas such as equal pay, equal power, and challenging gender norms. Prior to that, Lucie held various roles at ISD, including Programme Manager, Programme Coordinator, Policy and Research Associate, and Policy and Research intern, where they managed research projects, chaired gender groups, and implemented project strategies.
Lucie Parker holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in War Studies from King's College London, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics from the University of York, from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management in the year 2018.
