Victoria C. has extensive experience in academic and research roles within the fields of molecular biology, ethnobiology, and animal production. Currently serving in membership capacities for various professional organizations, Victoria C. is also a PhD student at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, focusing on genetic diversity, population structure, and the cultural textile traditions of Mexican creole sheep. Previously, Victoria C. has held positions as a student representative in the postgraduate program and as a researcher documenting the historical development of sheep livestock in Mexico. Additionally, Victoria C. has lecture responsibilities in biochemistry and has completed a Master of Science in Conservation Genetics, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, with a specialization in Cytogenetics.
