Elena Tapu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management roles. Currently serving as Global EV APP Implementation Manager for ISC-CX since November 2019, Elena is involved with the VOICE-2025 Team, focusing on Voice of Customer (VOC) and Customer Experience (CX). Prior to this, Elena held key positions at Salt Edge and Scheduling Worldwideâ„¢, as well as at INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK, where the role of Operations Director for Russia and CIS was performed. With a solid educational background, Elena earned a Licentiate degree in International Economic Relations from the Institute of International Relations of Moldova and holds a bachelor's degree in the same field from Socrate College in Moldova. Additionally, studies in Personality Psychology were pursued at the Institute of History of Cultures.
