Carlos Galvez Camacho is an experienced professional in emergency services and customer service quality auditing. Since May 2016, Carlos has worked at Quirónprevención as a Bombero, specializing in risk prevention and fire extinguishing. Concurrently, Carlos has held various roles as a Customer Service Quality Auditor for multiple companies, including Helion Market Research, BARE International, Market Force Information, 4Service Company, Multi-Value, International Service Check, and Mystery Consulting. Prior to these roles, Carlos served as a Bombero conductor at SPRIL (Grupo PFA) and as a Bombero at SEGANOSA. Carlos's educational background includes certifications in emergency response, risk prevention, and technical expertise in information security, with ongoing studies at the Universidad de Cádiz in Computer Engineering, Security of Information and Systems.
