Larry Sjelin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, management, and military service. Currently serving as the Director of Game Development at The University of Texas at San Antonio and holding chief of staff positions at both the ISAO Standards Organization and the National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium since 2015, Larry has also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Northwest Vista College until August 2023. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation and Senior Inspector for the City of Los Angeles. Larry's military background includes serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, specializing as a Combat Engineer Officer. Larry holds a Master of Arts in American History from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in History from California State University, Long Beach.
