Andy Ball is a Senior Software Developer at iSAMS Independent Ltd since December 2013, providing 3rd line technical support with expertise in investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of application and database issues, as well as SSRS report writing. Prior to this role, Andy served as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer at F & R Cawley Limited from September 2011 to November 2013, and held the position of Web Development Officer at the University of Northampton for a brief period in 2009. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Climate Change from the University of Northampton, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2011, following education at Worcester Sixth Form from 2005 to 2007.
