Lukasz Grochowski is a highly experienced software developer with a strong background in front office development and algorithmic trading. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at ISAM since December 2020, Lukasz has held various significant roles in prestigious financial institutions, including Software Consultant positions at Nomura and Mizuho, and Director at Mina Solutions Limited. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Java Developer at BNP Paribas and Senior Java Developer in Fixed Income Algorithmic Trading at Morgan Stanley. Lukasz started their career as a Java Developer at ComArch S.A. and has consistently advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in over a decade of experience in the financial technology sector.
