Carolina Lo Maglio is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational excellence and human resources. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at ISALYS Consulting since October 2017, Carolina previously held various positions at matis Benelux, including HR Manager and HR Officer & Fleet Manager, from December 2008 to September 2017. Carolina's career began at David Lloyd Leisure, where roles included Membership Consultant and Hospitality & Services Manager from December 2004 to December 2008. An early experience as a Stagiaire at Brussels Expo involved organizing VIP events. Carolina holds a Graduat in Public Relations from Haute Ecole Arthur Haulot and has educational credentials from ISTI and Institut Saint Louis.
