Beth Kasch has extensive experience in child services and program administration, with a notable tenure as Regional Coordinator at Isaiah 117 House since September 2021. Prior to this role, Beth worked at the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services from 2005 to 2021, serving as Program Director in the Office of Continuous Quality Improvement and as a Training Leader for CFSR. Between 1998 and 2005, Beth held the position of Executive Director in the Office of Child Safety and served as Regional Administrator, overseeing multiple programs in a twelve-county region in Middle Tennessee, along with the Nashville-based Center for Adoption. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, obtained between 1981 and 1985, as well as additional studies at Chattanooga State Community College from 1992 to 1993.
