Sharron has more than 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry. As the president of global sales and marketing, she oversees the overall sales strategy, field development and communications, integrated marketing, product education, branding, and creative initiatives to achieve business goals. She works with field leaders and general managers across all markets to ensure the Isagenix products and business opportunity fit the local culture while maintaining global brand and core values.
Prior to joining Isagenix in 2009, Sharron built one of the fastest-growing direct sales and marketing companies in her native country of Australia, where she excelled at assembling strong teams in the field and driving overall business growth and profitability.
Before she moved into her role as the Chief Executive Officer at Isagenix, Sharron led the organization’s operations in Australia and New Zealand for five years and brought remarkable growth and stability to those markets.
Sharron feels fortunate for the unique perspective she’s gained while working on the international team, including the opportunity to adapt to the different wants and needs of each culture. She follows the Isagenix motto: If it’s not right for the Customers, it’s not right for the company.
