Rosalyn Vazquez, MHA, has over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, with a current role as Intake Case Manager/Admin Aide at Isabella Geriatric Center since May 2014. In this position, Rosalyn is responsible for screening and evaluating referrals for DFTA Funded Case Management Services, overseeing client expenditures, and ensuring efficient office operations. Prior to this, Rosalyn held various administrative roles at FEGS from 2007 to 2014, including Administrative Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing office operations, supervising staff, and compiling data for reports. Rosalyn also has extensive experience in patient tracking and outreach as a Care Navigator, as well as maintaining patient records as a Senior Record Analyst and Records Analyst. Rosalyn holds a Master of Health Care Administration degree from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies Human Services from Metropolitan College of New York.
