Terry Philpott serves as the Chief Executive and Town Clerk for Ware Town Council since March 2019, overseeing the strategic and operational management of the organization, which includes managing 15 staff and a seasonal team of up to 50. Concurrently, Terry holds the positions of Chair of the Board of Trustees and Retail Director at Isabel Hospice, and serves as a Director at Ware Priory. Prior experience includes the role of Town Clerk at Somerton Town Council from July 2014 to March 2019. Terry Philpott completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Essex between July 2020 and June 2022.
