Mick Reid is an experienced professional in eCommerce and operations management with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce Operations at Levi Strauss & Co. and a Board Trustee for Isabel Hospice, Mick previously held prominent positions including Global Director of Operations for Deliveroo Hop and Operations Director at both Ocado Retail Ltd. and METRO MARKETS GmbH. With expertise in developing operating models and implementing strategic projects, Mick's career highlights include leading eCommerce transformations for major retailers and managing significant operational improvements at Sainsbury's and Tesco. Mick holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Transport Engineering and Operations from Technological University Dublin.
