Aaron has held various roles such as Vice President of Operations and Technology at Isaac Operations, Director of Project Management and Technology, Principal Consultant, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at various companies. Aaron has experience in operations management, industrial engineering, project management, and developing and leading teams in the manufacturing and construction industries. Aaron also worked as a Design Engineer at Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd. in the Robotics R&D division, and as a Sales & Technical Service Rep at Berminghammer Foundation Equipment.
