Jay Walton is the Vice President and CVO at JCG Land Services, Inc., where Jay founded the company and holds various roles such as Board Member and Senior Project Manager. Jay is also a Board Member at the Right of Way Consultants Council and Iowa Game Fish Management Partners. Jay graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Environmental Planning.
