Heidi Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Irving Oil since February 2022, Carter previously worked as a Human Capital Business Partner at Agropur and held various HR roles at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and Syncrude Canada Ltd. Additionally, Carter was the Senior Director of Community Programs at YMCA of Northern Alberta and gained early experience with the Government of Alberta in support and financial services. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Alberta and an Advanced Labour Relations Certificate from Queen’s IRC.
