Charmaine Gonsalves Norwood currently serves as the Senior Supply Chain Optimization Lead at Irving Consumer Products, a position held since August 2022, following a prior role as Customer Relationship Manager within the same company. With extensive experience at Campbell Company of Canada from June 2003 to 2019, Charmaine excelled in various capacities, including Customer Supply Chain Manager and Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading customer service teams, enhancing customer service, and managing logistics issues. Earlier positions include working at Mars as an Account Team Coordinator and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Supply Chain Specialist.
