Nicole Ortiz has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Nicole began their career in 2004 as the Vice President and General Manager of Prosum Staffing for Prosum Inc. In 2015, they joined Irvine Technology Corporation as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales and Recruiting. In their role at ITC, they were responsible for providing single-point responsibility for securing professionals at all levels and within every specialty, offering consulting, contracting, contract to hire, direct placements, and payroll services.

Nicole Ortiz completed their MBA in Finance from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2002 and 2004.
